<br />		DOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:  That Trinity Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod
<br />		in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, an incorporated religious association,
<br />       	in.consideretion of NINETY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($90,000..00), in hand
<br />       	paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto The First National Bank
<br />       	of Grand-Island, a corporation, of Grand Island, Hall Counity, Nebraska; as
<br />       	MORTGAGEE, the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall,
<br />       	and in the State of Nebraska, to-wit

<br />     		All of Block Fifty-Nine .(59),-in Wheeler and Bennett's Addition
<br />     		to the City of"Grand Island, Nebraska, and,
<br />     		All of Block Seventy-Two (72) in Wheeler and Bennett's Second
<br />     		Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />       	together with all the improvements thereon, including all heating, gas, and
<br /> -,,   	plumbing apparatus and fixtures, and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
<br />       	all covenants and all title deeds running with said lairds; and all the rents,
<br />       	issues and profit arising therefrom afterdefault in yerformance of any covenant
<br />       	and conditions herein contained; the intention being to convey hereby an absolute
<br />       	title in fee simple and to convey all:and every right, title and interest of such
<br />      	Trinity Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />      	an incorporated religious association in and to such real property.
<br />    		The Mortgagor does hereby covenant with the Mortgagee, its successors and
<br />      	assigns that they are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from
<br />      	encumbrance except an easement reserved by the City of Grand Island in and across
<br />      	Block Fifty-Nine (39), Wheeler & Bennett's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />      	for public utility purposes; and that they will warrant and defend said premises
<br />      	against the lawful claims of any persons whomsoever.
<br />    		TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described thereon, including all
<br />      	heating, gas and plunking apparatus and fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
<br />      	belonging unto the said, The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />      	Nebraska, and to its successors and assigns forever, provided always, and these
<br />      	presents are upon the express condition that if the said mortgagor, its successors
<br />      	or assigns shall pay or cause to be paid to the said The First National Bank of
<br />      	Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, its successors and assigns, the sum of
<br />      	NINETY THOUSAND AND NO/300 DOLLARS ($90,000.00), together with interest thereon
<br />      	at Eight and One-Half Per Cent ($1%) per annum, payable as follows, to-wit:
