<br /> WITNESSETH, that said Parties of the First Part, being the duly appointed, quail-
<br /> Pied and acting Executors of the Estate of Evelyn G. Neves, under her Last. Will and
<br /> Testament, which is of record in the Office of the County Court of Hail County, Ne
<br /> braska, by virtue of the power and authority granted and conferred upon them under
<br /> said Will and in consideration of the sum of Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00)
<br /> paid by the Party of the Second Part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by
<br /> these presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and confirm unto Party of
<br /> the Second Partand his heirs and assigns forever, all of the foilowine described real
<br /> V property:
<br /> The Easterly Twenty feet (E20') of Lot Eight (H) , and all of. Lots Nine
<br /> (9) and Ten (10) in Block Forty-six (45) , in Charles Wasmer's Third Ad-
<br /> dition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, subject to easements, cove-
<br /> nants and restrictions of record, and known as 2004 West. Anna Street,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there
<br /> unto belonging or in anyway appertaining, and also all the estate, right, title, in-
<br /> terest, property, possessions, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Testatrix
<br /> had in her lifetime, and at the time of her decease, and which the said Parties of
<br /> the First Part have by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of,
<br /> in, or to the above grantedpremises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the ap-
<br /> purtenances.
<br /> To have and to hold the said described premises unto the Party of the.Second
<br /> Part and his heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the said Parties of the First Part, for themselves, their heirs, executors
<br /> and administrators do covenant, promise and undertake to and with the said Party of
<br /> Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that they are lawfully the Executors of the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of the said Evelyn G. Neves, deceased, and have power to
<br />` convey as aforesaid, and have in all respects acted, in making this conveyance in
<br /> pursuance of the authority granted ..n and by the said Last Will and. Testament; and
<br /> iy that they have not made, done or suffered any act, matter or thing whatsoever, since
<br /> they were Executors as aforesaid, whereby the above granted premises, or any part
<br /> thereof, are, shall, or may be impeached, charged or encumbered, in any manner what-
<br /> soever.
