Street Zmprovemenc District No. 933 in the City of Crand Zsland, Nebraska, is hereby czeated. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shsll be as follows: Beginning on the southerly line of 3rd Street at its junction with the westerly line of Elm Street; [hence running southeasterly on the westerly line of Elm SCYeet; thence running southeasterly on the wescerly line o= Elm StreeC £or a distance of 260 feet, or 85.344 meters, to the northeriy line of 2nd Streec; thence running southwescerly on the noreherly line of 2nd Stree� for a discance of 264 feet, or 80.G67 meters, to the easterly line of Cleburn 5treet; thence running northwescerly on che easterly line of Cleburn Screec for a distance o£ 280 feet, or 85.344 necers to [he soucherly line of 3rd Street; thence running ' northeasterly on the southerly line o£ 3rd Streec for a discance o£ 2b4 feec, or ou.4o7 me[ers, co ciie wesi.er'iy iine '� £1� �`r= heing che place of +�eginning, a11 as shown on che plac marked Exhibitc"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, SECTION 3. The following a12ey in the district shall be improved by paving and all ' incidental work in connection therewith: The alley lying between 2nd Street and 3rd Street from the westerly line of Elm Street to the easeerly line of Cleburn Street. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and speci£ications prepared by the Engineer for the City, and approved by che M.ayor and Council. SECTION 4. The improvements sha11 be made ac public cost, but the cost thereof, excluding intersections, shall be assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially benefited as provided by law. SECTION S. This ordinance shall be in £orce and take effect from and after tts passage, approval, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the of�ice ' of the Register of Deeds, Y.a11 County, Nebraska. SECTION 7.
