<br />  			the dis[rict; providing for the improvement of a street within the district by paving, curbing,

<br /> 				BE IT ORDAINED BY TtiE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CZTY OF GRAND ISLAND, NESRASKAo
<br /> 				SECTION 1.   Street Zmprover.�ent District No. 929 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />   			3s kereby created.
<br /> 				SECTION 2.  The boundaries o£ the df.strict shall be as follows:
<br />       				Beginning at a point on the southerly line of 16th Street and 132 feet, or 40.234
<br />       				meters, northeasterly o£ the easterly line of Kimball Avenue; thence running
<br />       				southerly on a line para11e1 to and 132 feet, or 40.234 meCers, eascerly of the
<br />       				easter2y line oE Kimball Avenue for a distance of 280 feec, or 55.344 meters,
<br />       				to the northerly line of 15th Street: thence running souchwesterly on the northerly
<br />       				line of 15th Street for a distance of 344 feet, or 104.851 mecers, to-a poinc �32
<br />       				feeC, or 40.234 meters, westcrLy of the wester:y 2ine of Kimba2l Avenue; thence
<br />       				runnine northerly on a line parallcl to and 132 feec, or 40.234 meeers, wes_erly
<br />�   				of the westerly 11ne of Kimball Avenue for a dis[ance ot [isu ieec, or o5.� 4 me� -s
<br />       				fo the southerly line of lbth Street; thence runninq norcheasterly on the southerly�
<br />       				line of 16th Streec for a discance of 344 £eet, or 104.851 meters, to a point 132
<br />       				feet, or 40.234 mecers, eastcrly of the easterly line of Kimball Avenue, being
<br />       				the point of beginnin^, a11 as shown on the plac marked Exhibit "A" aCtached hereto
<br />       				and incorporated herein by reference.
<br /> 				SECTSON 3.   The following street in the district sha11 be improved by paving, curbing,
<br />   			guttering, and all incidental work in connection cherewith:
<br />       				X±mball Avenue from the norcherly line of 15th Street to the souther2y line
<br />       				of 16th Stzeet.
<br />   			Said improvements shal2 be made in actordance with plans and specifications prepared by
<br />   			the E�gineer for the City, adn approved by the Mayor and Council.
<br /> 				SECTION 4.   The improvements shall�be made at publie cost, buc the cost thereof,
<br />   			excluding intersections, sha11 be assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially
<br />   			benefited as provided by law.
<br /> 				SECTION 5.   This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage,
<br /> 	' 		approval, and publication, withouc the plat, as provided by law.
<br /> 				SECTION 6.   This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the of.ice
<br />   			of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />  				SECTZON 7.   After passage, approval, and publication of thia ordinance, notice of the
<br />   			creation of said distr3ct sha11 be published 3n the Grand 2sland Daily Independent, a legal
<br />   			newspaper published and of  eneral circulation in said  Cit , as provided by law.
