<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AI�'D C4UIdC2L OF TFiE CITY OF GRAND ZSLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br /> SECTZON 1. The street dedicated is Sutherland Street from the eastexly Line of Plum
<br /> Street to the easterly line of Cherry Street. '
<br /> SECTION 2. The boundaries of the street right-of-way are as followa: •
<br /> Beg?.nning on the east and west center line of Section Fifteen <15), Township
<br /> Eleven (11) North, Range Tsine <9) West o£ the 6th P.M., also being the sout2z
<br /> Iine of Union Paci£ic Railway Co's. Second Tddition, at its junction with the
<br /> southerly prolon&acion of the westesly line of Block One Hundred Fifty-two t152)
<br /> in said Union Paczsic Rni2�aay Co's. Second Addition; thence running northwesterly
<br /> on the westerly line of said B1ock 152 to a point eighCy (80) feet, or 24.384
<br /> � meters, north of che eas: and wese center line of said Section FifCeen (15); thence
<br /> rvnning east on a line para11e1 to and eighcy (80) feet, or 24.384 meters, r_orth
<br /> of the east and west center line of said Section Fi�ceen <15) and its east pro-
<br /> longation £or a distanee of four hundred (400) .eet, or 121.92 meeers, more or
<br /> less, to the northwesterly proZon�a�ion of che easterly line o£ Cherry Street;

<br /> SECTZON 3. The information for the above was acquired £rom warranty deeds of record
<br /> on pages 172, 173, and 174 of Deed Book 74, and oa page 69 of Deed Book 62 aC the Ha11 County
<br /> Register of Deeds Of£ice.

<br /> SECTION 4. Said street was paved by the creatzon of Street Improvement District No.
<br /> ' S41 in Ordinance No. 509I, and assessed by Ordinance :�o. 5359; said Ordinances Nos. 5091

<br /> and 5359 are hereby reaffirmed and remain in full force and e£fect.
<br /> � SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect £rom and after its
<br /> passage, approval, and publicat.'.on, without the p1at, as provided by law.
<br /> SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the p�at, is hereby directed to be filed 3n the vffice
<br /> o£ the Register of Deeds, Hall County, �ebraska.
