<br /> ; ` do make, publish and declare this to be my Last 47i11 and Testament,
<br /> hereby revoking any and all formex Saills and Codioils thereto

<br /> FIRSTe I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all .
<br /> of my just debts, expenses of last i1ln�ss, funeral expenses
<br /> and costs of administration and inheritance �nd estate taxes
<br /> as soon after my death as can conveniently be done.
<br /> SECOND: After payment of a21 of tt�e foregoing items I
<br /> give, devise and bequeath all of the rest of my estate, both
<br /> real estate and personal groperty, of every nature, whether

<br /> now owned by me or hereafter acquired, and wheresoever situated,
<br /> to my brother, Robert Ambroz, to have ar:d to hold the same forever;
<br /> provided, further, that if the said Robert �lmbroz precedes me
<br /> '` in death then said estate shall pass and descend to two of his
<br /> ` " children, Michael and Terry. If he precedes me in death I make
<br /> no provisions for his daughter, Shelly for reasons of my own.
<br /> TFIIF2D: I make no provisions for my brother, Leonard Ambroz,
<br /> for the reason that I feel he has ar.iple propez�ty of his own.
<br /> FOURTH: I name, nominate and apooint my brother, Robert
<br /> ; Ambroz, to be Executor, of this my Last Will and Testament. Zf
<br /> ; for any reason he does not qualify then S request the appointment
<br /> of his wife, Maxine Ambroz as Escecutrix. Z further request
<br /> neither be required to give surety on their official bond as
<br /> such and I also gzant to my Executor or legal representative
<br /> of my estate full right, license and authority to sell and dispose
<br /> of any real estate without first obtaining license from any
<br /> Court for that purpose.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature
