<br /> tribution of said estate, for determination of heir�hip, for determination
<br /> of inheritance and estate taxes and for discharge of the administratrix,

<br /> said matter having been originally set to be heard on the 28th day of June,
<br /> 1971 at 10:00 a. m. but .said matter having been continued until the 15th
<br /> day of July, 1971 at 2:30 at which time evidence was presented on the ques-
<br /> �
<br /> tion of heirship. �
<br /> , Present at the hearing to determine heirsh�p were Bethene Corder,
<br />�. the administratrix, and her attorney Jeffrey H. Jacobsen,, Shirley Bentley
<br /> Schmidt and her attorney John Wagoner, Roger Bentley, a minor, and his guard- `
<br /> ian, Arde"lla Baudendistel. Evidence was adduced and Bethene L. Cord'er was
<br /> sworn and testified. The matter was thereafter continued until the 13th
<br /> ' day of September at 3:00 p. m. for a decision on heirship, said hearing
<br /> . thereafter having been continued until the �day of December, 1971 for the
<br />� � entry of a Final Decree determining heirship. From examination of the files�
<br /> i including the Final Report of the administratrix, receipts and cancelled
<br />�
<br />� ' checks and evidence adduced, the Court finds: _
<br /> That said deceased died intestate anc3 that due and legal notice
<br /> ; of the administration of his estate, to creditors and for final settlement,
<br /> : , approval of fa.nal report of the administratrix, for distribution of said es-

<br /> ;: tate, for determination of heirship, for determination of inheritarice and
<br /> I estate taxes and for discharge of the administratrix, were each given as re- �
<br /> quired by law and the order• of this Court; that copies of each published
<br /> notice were mailed to all pess�n� �interested in said estate, otYier than thoge :
<br /> who filed a waiver and voluritary apgearance herein, that affidavits of the
<br /> mailing of each of said notices were filed as required by law and that �o
