<br /> WHEI2EAS, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, has a perpetual right-of-way
<br /> and easement to construct and maintain a cast iron sanitary sewer main along, under,
<br /> underneath, and through a strip of land and real estate described as follows:
<br /> A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br /> Quarter (NE%µNW�) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br /> Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.I�i. , Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br /> p�rticularly described as follows:
<br /> To ascertain the point of . beginning, commence at the northeast
<br /> corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE'�NW�);
<br /> thence running west on the north line of said Northeast' Quarter of the '
<br /> Northwest Quarter (NE��,NW4) for a distance of one hundred twenty-six
<br /> and forty-one hundredths (126.41) feet; thence deflecting left eighty-
<br /> nine degrees and twenty-four minutes (89� 24' ) and running southerly
<br /> on a line for a distance of thirty-three (33) feet to the south right-
<br /> of-way line of the County Road known as West Lincoln Highway to the �
<br /> actual point of beginning; thence running west on the south right-of-way
<br /> line of the said County Road for a distance of ten (10) feet; thence

<br /> Highway No. 30 to a point twenty (20) feet easterly of and perpendicular
<br /> to the southerly prolongation of the westerly line of the tract being
<br /> described; thence running northerly parallel to and twenty (20) feet
<br /> easterly from the westerly line of the tract being described to the
<br /> south right-of-way line of said County Road; thence running west on
<br /> the south line of said County�Road for a distance of ten (10) feet to

<br /> such easement havirig been filed for record in Book 15 of Miscellaneous at Page �39�7 •
<br /> in the Kegister of lleeds office, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br /> WHEREAS, paragraph 1(d) of the above mentioned easement prohibits any
<br /> connec.tions to the cast iron sanitary sewer main located in the easement area; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the city council of the City of �rand Island, Nebraska, has
<br /> determined that such restriction should be removed and that connection to such
<br /> cast iron sanitary sewer main in the easement area should be permitted by contract.;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) received from the
<br /> Grantee, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, es>Grantor, does hereby quitclaim,
