<br />4. That the following described real estate belonging to the estate of the said Joseph L.Hantz,
<br />deceased, came -into the hands of Edwin F.Myers, administrator, with the Will annexed, as shown by
<br />the Inventory filed herein, the .same being the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of his
<br />death, to -wit: Fractional Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Block Fourteen (14) in Evans Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, in Hall County, State of Nebraska; and the East Half (Ej) of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SWI) and the West Half (W2) of the (SE4) Section Twenty -one (21), Township Fourteen (14),
<br />Range Seventeen (17), all in Custer County, Nebraska.
<br />5. That the said Joseph L.Hantz, deceased, left as his heirs at law, his widow, Mary Hantz, also
<br />known as Nellie Hantz and a daughter Frances Wagner, wife of Harold Wagner; that the Said Mary
<br />Hantz, widow, died on August 21st, 1936 and that the said Mary Hantz had no property either real
<br />or personal and-her estate is not being probated because she has no property of any kind. That
<br />the said Mary Hantz left her surviving Frances Wagner as her only heir.
<br />6. That said estate is not liable for the payment of the Federal Estates Tax and the interest of
<br />said heir -at -law is not liable for the payment of an Inheritance Tax under. the 14we of the State of
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED A?D DECREED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />1.,-That the following described real estate belonged to the estate of Joseph L.Hantz, deceased, and
<br />that under his Will it descends to and is now vested in Frances Wagner, his daughter, in fee simple,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Block Fourteen (14) in Evans Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County, State of Nebraska; and the East Halt' (E2) of the Southwest Quarter (SWj) and
<br />the West Half (W -) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4), Section Twenty -one (21),Township Fourteen (14),
<br />Range Seventeen U7), in Custer County, Nebraska,
<br />2. That the said Joseph L.Hantz, deceased, left no personal property belonging to his estate in the
<br />State of Nebraska.
<br />3. That the administrator with the Will annexed has faithfully performed all things required of him
<br />by law or the orders of this court in the administration of this property situated within its juris-
<br />diction, and his properly and fully accounted for and administered all of the estate V!Ach came into
<br />his possession to this date.
<br />4. That the said Edwin F.Myers, Administrator, with the Will annexed, be and he hereby is released
<br />from further duties herein, and his bondsmen released from all farther obligation.

<br />Now on this 28th day of May, A.D. 1937, at ten o'clock A.M. this being the time fixed by the order
<br />of the court for hearing upon the petition and final account of Edwin F.Myers, Administrator of
<br />the estate of Frances Wagner, deceased, said Edwin F.Myers having been appointed as administrator
<br />by the County Court of Custer County Nebraska as petitioned for and having accepted said appointment.,:
