<br />J and as by order of this Court required and the proofs of such notice being duly filed in th *e
<br />Court,and it further appearing to the Court after a full examination that the account exhibited
<br />by the said Administrator is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed,and it
<br />appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of the estate which has come into his
<br />hands,it is,therefore, ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Andrew F.Farabee,
<br />Administrator of the Estate of Sarah Farabee, deoeased,be and the same is approved as . an4 for his
<br />Final Report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner pro-
<br />vided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of the said
<br />I
<br />deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allow,,
<br />ed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses of said deceas-
<br />ed and the costs of administering,.said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claim
<br />against said estate not filed,if any such there be,ari forever barred and excluded. _
<br />It is,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred fr
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Sarah Farabee,deceased,
<br />and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to State Inheritance or Federal Estate taxes.
<br />The Court finds that the said Administrator received no cash during the term of his office;that
<br />he expended on account of court costs and expenses the sum of $219.75.
<br />That said Administrator,being one of the interested parties,paid the above mentioned expenses f
<br />his personal funds and makes no claim to be reimbursed therefor.
<br />The Court finds that said Sarah Farabee departed this life at St.Francis Hospital in the city of
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska,on the 3rd day of May,1934,being at the time a resident of Doniphan,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,and that she died intestate;that she left surviving her as her sole and only heirs
<br />at law the following named:
<br />Andrew F.Farabee,her husband,of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />Nettie England,a daughter,of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />Ethel Lepin,a daughter,of Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Sarah Farabee was,at the time of her death,the owner of the follow-
<br />ing described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot hand the East 15 feet of Lot 2,in Block 7,Original Town of
<br />Doniphan,Hall County,Nebraska, All of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16,Town-
<br />ship 9,North of Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska. the said
<br />above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Sarah Farebee,deceased,
<br />in the manner following: To Andrew.F.Farabee,husband of said deceased,Nettie England,daughter of
<br />said deeeased,and Ethel Lepin,daughter of said deceased,eaoh an undivided one -third part thereof,
<br />in fee simple,and all subject to th^ homestead rights of the said Andrew F.Farrabee therein.
<br />It is,therefore,considered by the Court that on the death of the said Sarah Farabee,deoeased,the
<br />real estate described,to -wit: An undivided one -half interest in Lot hand the East 15 feet of Lot
<br />2,in Block 7,Original Torn of Doniphan,Hall County, Nebraska, All of the East Half of the South -
<br />west Quarter of Section 16,Township 9,North of Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebrael
<br />did pass and descend under the laws of descent in the State of Nebraska as follows:
<br />To Andrew F.Farabee, husband of deceased,Nettie England,daughter of deceased and Ethel Lepin,daugh-
<br />ter of deceased,each an undivided one -third interest therein,all subject to the homestead rights
<br />of the said Andrew F.Farabee therein.
