<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as

<br />Now on this 30" day of March, 1936, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Elmer
<br />Herman and The First National Bank of Grand Island, Executors under the Last Will and Testament
<br />of Wilhelm Herman, deceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice
<br />has been given to all persons interested in the filing of said report, as by law required, and it
<br />further appearing to the Court, after a full examination, that the account exhibited by said
<br />Executors is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed and it further appearing
<br />that said Executors have accounted for all of said estate which has come into their hands it is,
<br />therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of said Elmer Herman and The First National Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Wilhelm Herman, deceased, be and the sa
