<br />On Consideration Whereof the Court finds that all debts, claims and demands against the estate of
<br />the said Perlee W.Scott, have been paid in full and that there remains a residue in the hands of
<br />the Administrator in the sum of $3191.69, together with the following described personal property
<br />to -wit:
<br />A one -half interest in the following, to -wit: One Ford Coupe; Five shares of stock in the Keysto
<br />Hotel Company; a one -half interest in the Library, Furniture, Fixtures, Typewriter and Supplies
<br />the Co- Partnership of Scott & Scott.
<br />The court further finds that the said Perlee W.Scott left surviving no heirs at law or next of ki
<br />or devisees or legatees, save only and except the following named persons, who are entitled to sh
<br />in said residue, in equal amounts and proportions, to -wit:
<br />Helen Coryl Howard Huffman, a Daughter
<br />Judson W.Scott, a Son.
<br />Roland Scott, a Son.
<br />The court further finds that at the time of his death the said Perlee W. Scott was seized of the
<br />following described real estate, situated in the Counties of Chase and Hall, in the State of
<br />Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section One (1), in Township Six (6) north, of Range Thirty -eight
<br />(38) West of the 6th Principal Meridian, in Chase County, Nebraska, and
<br />Block Twenty -five (25) in Railroad Addition to the Village of Imperial, Chase County, Nebraska,
<br />and,
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Two (2) of Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall county,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />That the following named persons are the sole and only heirs at law of said deceased and are the
<br />only persons entitled to share in said Estate, and that the title to said real estateis now vestei
<br />in said persons, and said r eal estate is hereby assigned to them in the following amounts and
<br />proportions, to -wit:
