NJ., 5 HALL �JUN'liY <br />Mary Eggers, Executrix of the estate of Claus Eggers, deceased, after due notice of the filing <br />of said report and of the time and place appointed for the hearing thereon as by law provided, <br />and the order of the court tequired, and no -one having appeared to object to or protest agains <br />the allowance of said report, <br />After a full examination of said report, the Court being duly advised in the premises finds th�t <br />the same is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed; that the executrix therein has <br />accounted for all property of said deceased coming into her hands or under her control, and th�t <br />i <br />there remains no money or other personal property in her possession for distribution. <br />i <br />The Court further finds that due notice is given to all creditors of said deceased as to the <br />I <br />time allowed and the place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that the time so <br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said <br />estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate have <br />been fully paid and settled and if there are any claims which have not been filed within the <br />time allowed for the filing of olaims, that the same are forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Mary Eggers, executrix, be and the <br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and that she should be dis- <br />charged of her trust as executrix. <br />The Court further finds that the said Claus Eggers departed this life on the 4th dap of April, <br />1933P that he was at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant.of Hall County, Nebraska <br />and that he left a last will and testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowed and ad- <br />mitted to probate in this court on the 9th day of May, 1933, and that said will was recorded i <br />this office. <br />The court further finds that the said Claus Eggers was, at the time of his death, the owner to <br />fee simple title of the following described real estate, situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to- <br />wit: <br />All of the South Half of Lot Five (5) in Block Sixty-five (65) in the - Original Town of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seventy -four (74) of the Original town now city of Grand <br />Island, Hall County,_Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that the said Claus Eggers was the owner of personal property oonst <br />ing of $3505.79 on deposit in the First National Bank of Grand Island, together with certain <br />household furniture and fixtures and personal effects located in the home of the deceased at <br />the time of his death.' <br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and test <br />ment of the said Claus Eggers, all of the above described real estate and personal property <br />passed and descended in absolute title to M&ry Eggers, his wife. <br />The Court further finds that the funeral expense and expense of the last sickness, and all <br />claims filed against the above estate have been fully paid by the executrix; that receipts <br />have been taken for all bills and claims so paid and said receipts have been filed with the <br />E court herein. <br />The Court further finds that the estate was subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the <br />state of Nebraska; that said inheritance tax was duly fixed by the Court herein and that said! <br />inheritance tax has been fully paid and settled. <br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all right, title and int <br />of the said Claus Eggers in and to the said described real estate, to -wit: <br />All of the South Half (SJ) of Lot Five (5) in Block Sixty -five (65) in the Original town of <br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seventy -four (74) of the Original Town now city of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />!at <br />
