<br />will and testament of Katie D. Scheffel,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on

<br />the 24th day of January 1933, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly I'
<br />proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of
<br />said Katie D. Scheffel,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the

<br />OF KATIE D. SCHEFFELIDEC ~AISO.
<br />;Now on this 15th day of August,19330this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by William Scheffel,the duly appointed, qualified and acting Executor of the Estate of
<br />'Katie D.Scheffel,Deceased, and the Court having examined the records and files herein,includin
<br />,said final report,together with the vouchers attached thereto,and being fully advised in the
<br />premises,finds as follows: -
<br />That the said Katie D.Scheffel departed this life a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 24th day of Septeinber,1932,leaving a Last Will and Testament,wherein the said
<br />William Scheffel was named Executor, and that said Will was admitted to probate in this Court
<br />after giving notice of hearing as provided by law, and the appointment of William Scheffel as
<br />Executor of said 'Will duly confirmed;
<br />;That the time and place for filing claims against said estate, as heretofore provided by an
<br />Order of the Couxt,has expired, and all persons having claims against said estate not filed
<br />and allowed within the time allowed by the Court,are hereby forever barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate;
<br />That the said Katie D. Scheffel departed this life leaving as her heirs -at -law and only heirs -
<br />at- law,legatees,devisees, and persons entitled to share in herestate,the following,to -wit : -
<br />'? Rudolph Scheffel and Louis Scheffel,sons,and William Scheffel, her husband, all of whom are
<br />over twenty -one years of age, and reside in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />That the said Katie D. Scheffel departed this life the owner in fee simple title of Lot Seven
<br />(7),in Block Seventeen (17),in Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall'
<br />County,Nebraska,and said real estate was devised,under her Last Will and Testament,hereinbefor0
<br />admitted to probate in this Court,to Rudolph Scheffel and Louis Scheffel,sons,sha-re and share
<br />i'
<br />alike, each receiving an undivided one -half interest therein;
<br />That the said Katie D. Scheffel,deceased,left no personal property,and the only asset's coming
<br />into the possession of said executor were certain rents received from real estate, amounting tor'
<br />$244.35,which amount was expended for repairs on real estate and costs of this administration,;;
<br />and that the final report filed herein by said Executor is true and correct in all things and
<br />i
<br />should be approved and allowed as and for his final report,said estate settled and closed and
<br />said executor discharged;
