<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FREDERICK LOHMANN
<br />I, Frederick Lohmann, of Hall County, Nebraska, 'being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form folowing,that is
<br />to say:
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid out
<br />of my personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and. bequeath to my beloved wife, Emma Lohmann, in the event she survives me, the sum of
<br />Five Thousand Dollars ($5000), the same to be in full of and in lieu of all her rights in and
<br />to the estate of which I shall die the owner under the law.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and devise to my daughter, Marie Locke (formerly Lohmann) the southerly eighty -three feet
<br />of Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Twenty -six (126),in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />FIRST.

<br />I give, bequeath and devise to my son, Henry L.Lohmann, the northerly forty -nine (49) feet of
<br />said Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Twenty -six (126) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County,Nebraska, also the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000).
