<br />Now on this 29th day of November, 1919, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />James B.Lesher, Administrator of the estate of Theodore Yankten,
<br />deceased, notice having been given
<br />all persons interested by publication as appears from the proof on file.
<br />On examination of said report and from the testimony the court finds that said administrator
<br />has accounted for all cf said estate which came into his possession or under his control and has
<br />paid over to the heirs at law of said deceased the sum of t-17,590.74, after paying all allowed
<br />against said estate as well as funeral expenses, costs of administration and widow's allowance,
<br />and that there rer,,Lins no money or other property ^iii his hands for distribution..
<br />The court finds that notice of the time allowed for filing claims, and of the day fixed for
<br />hearing on claims filed, was given to all creditors by publication and that the time allowed for
<br />presenting claims has fully expired, and that all claims outstanding against said deceased and no-
<br />so filed, if any such there are, are therefore forever barred and excluded; that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied.
<br />The court finds that the said Theodore Yankten departed this life on the 4th day of December,
<br />1918, and that he wzs at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.; that he died
<br />intestate leaving surviving him as his sole heirs at law the following named persons:
<br />Lena Yankten, his widow, and Clara Yankten, Louise Yankten, Sophia Yankten, Arthur Yankten, C
<br />ence Yankten, Alice Yankten and Earl Yankten, his children..
<br />The court finds that the said Theodore Yankten died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit::
<br />The East half of the Southwest Quarter (E* of SW-J) cf Section Seventeen (17), , Township Twelve
<br />(12), Range Nine (9),,west of the 6th P.M. and Lots numbered 130, 131 0132,133,134,1356136,137,138,
<br />and 139,. in West Lawn. an addition to Grand Island, being a part of the Fast half of the Southeas,
<br />Quarter (E8E4) of Section Eight (8) in Towr.ship Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), west of the 6th P.
<br />The court finds that under the provisions of the la.w of descent of the State of Nebraska all o
<br />the above menti \aned and described real estate passed to and become the property of his heirs at
<br />law, at his death, in the manner following:

<br />To Lena Yankten, his widow, one third part thereof in fee;
<br />To Clara Yankten, Louise Yankten., Sophia. Yankten, Arthur Yankten, Clarence Yankten, Alice Yank
<br />ten and Earl Yankten, his children, two- thirds part thereof in equal shares, an undivided 2/21
<br />part of said real estate to each of said children, subject to the widow's homestead .right ,in and
<br />to the above mentioned and described West Lawn Lots.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the adiinistrator be
<br />and the some hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of
<br />his trust.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or settii
<br />up any claims or demands against the estate of Theodore Yankten, deceased, and that said estate i
<br />fully settled and closed.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court. that all of the right, title and interest of Theodore
<br />Yar_kten

<br />west of
<br />the 6th P.M..
<br />in

<br />descend at his death, intestate, in the manner following::
