That on the 21st day of December, 1918, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament, of the real personal estate of said Jacob Messerly, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. In the matter of the estate of) Final Decree? Jacob Messerly, deceased. ) Now on this 12 day of April, 1919 this cause came on for hear ing upon the final report of J. H. Messerly, executor of the last will and-testament of Jacob Messerly,, deceased, and upon the petition of, said executor for the approval of said report, his discharge herein and the settlement of said estate, and the court having examined the record and files herein, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has i been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing j I upon said final report and for the settlement of said estate, as heretofore ordered by the c ourt. And the court having examined said report, finds that the same is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said executor, said executor discharged and said estate closed. The court further: finds that no personal property has come into the possession of said executor under the administration of said estate in this court; that the funeral expenses of said deceased was paid in the court of original probate of the last will and testament of said deceased; that the costs of administering said estate in this court have been fully paid. and that the sole purpose of administrating ,said estate in this court was to establish the title to the west half of the southwest quarter of Section Fourteen (14), in Township Nine (9), North Range Ten (10) 'nest, in Hall County, Nebraska, of which the said Jacob Messerly died the owner, and which was devised to Jacob H. Messerly, by absolute title, under the last will and testament of said Jacob Messerly, deceased, allowed and admitted to probate, as a foreign will, in this court on the 21st day of December, 1918. The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given in this court of the time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of the said Jacob Messerly, deceased, and that the time so fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not filed within the time limited in said notice, are forever barred and excluded from setting up, or asserting any such claims or claims against said estate. V IT IS, THE??EFORF, ORM,72D, AD.TUWPD AND DECREED, BY THE COURT, that the final report I! It of the said J. H. Messerly, as executor of the last will and testament of the said Jacob Messerly, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executor, said executor is hereby discharged and said estate is settled and closed.
