<br /> wDistrict"� i�s lessees, suecessora and assigns, the permanent right, privilege and easement
<br /> of a r3.ght-of-way to construct and maintain all necegsary poles, wires, guys and other
<br /> neceasary equipment� in connection ther�with, on and across the following described property

<br /> present line on the West side of the highway.
<br />� The Distriet shall also ha.ve the privil.ege and easement of ingress and egress acrosa
<br /> the property to its offi.cers and employees for any purpose necessary in connection with
<br /> the construction, operation, maintenance, inspection and removal of said line.
<br /> The District shall a1.so have the right at any time to tri.m or remove such treee and
<br /> under�rush as may in any way endanger or interfere with the safe operation of the lines and
<br /> equi�bment used in connection therewith.
<br /> The District shall at all times exercise all due care and diligence to avoid tLn�ur� or
<br /> I�� dama e to the crops, llvestock and other personal property of the Grantor and the Distriet

<br /> II� The D'�sicrict agrees that should the transm3.ssion lines contructed hereunder be abandoned
<br /> for a period of five years, the right-of-way or easement hereby secured shall then cease
