<br /> ascertained and determined by three disinterested persons, one of whom shall be appointecl by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and the third
<br /> chosen by the two so appointed. The written awarcl of a majority of suc�i three persons sha�l be fina�anc�conclusive upon th.e parties�iereto.
<br /> (�) Grantee shall have the right, f rom.time to time, af ter completing tTie installation of an initial pipe line I�ereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe Iines hereuncler upon paymenf to Grantors, tlieir heirs or assigns, of an additional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for each
<br /> such additionnl line.
<br /> (g� ,('irantee agrees, as further consideration for t�is grant, to pay �'irantors an ac�ditional Twenty-five {2g� cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter `of eight incjtes or over.
<br /> (q) .As further consideration for tTiis grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructecl by Grantee upon Grantors' saicl
<br /> premises for t�e purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee, for use upon saic�premises for domestic purposes onjy
<br /> nnc� not (or resale. Gas supplied under the terms of this clause shall be measured ancl delivered at the Iine of Grantee at tFie same price and under the
<br /> cnme rules ancl regulations, as far as applicable, as in effect from time fo time for similar service to domestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> the State of Nebra�ka in which Grantee retails natural gas. AIl connections and equipment from the outlet of the meter
<br /> shall be f urnisltecl ancl paic� f or by C�'irnntors uncler rules ancl regulations of Grantee. Tlie meter anct regulator setting will be insta�ed by Grantee w�tielt
