<br /> as Bene�ciary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as Document No. 96-108717 on the 4th day of November, 1998,and ��J
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Lot Three(3)and the Easterly Thirty Feet(E30')of the Northerly Eighty-Two Feet(N82')of Fractional
<br /> Lot Four(4),in Fractional Block One Hundred Four(104)in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee,does hereby reconvey,without warranty,to the person or persons legally
