<br /> WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hail
<br /> County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated October 30, 1997 executed by Shawn D. Messersmith and ����
<br /> Carol B. Messersmith, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Isiand, Nebraska
<br /> is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Docment#97-109365 in the
<br /> Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 5th day of November, 1997.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br /> undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br /> thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br /> Lot Two (2), Kallos Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated October 30, 1997, as Document 97-
<br /> 109365 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real
<br /> estate not herein reconveyed.
