<br /> THIS CORRECTIVE QUITCLAIM DEED, made and entered into this
<br /> lst day of Mav , 1997, by and between Walter Lyle
<br /> Whiting and Leona Whiting, husband and wife, as Grantors under
<br /> the Quitclaim Deed conveying the property herein described, dated
<br /> January 8, 1993 , and filed of record as Document No. 93-����99
<br /> at 10 :21 a.m. of the records of Hall County, State of Nebraska, :
<br /> on the 6th day of April, 1993 , and the W. Lyle Whiting Revocable
<br /> Living Trust, as Grantee under said document;
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H:
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, Walter Lyle Whiting :
<br /> and Leona Whiting, husband and wife, Grantors, of Park County,
<br /> Wyoming, for and in consideration of the sum of $10 and other
<br /> good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, convey and quitclaim to W. Lyle Whiting,
<br /> Trustee of the "W. Lyle Whiting Revocable Living Trust, " dated
<br /> November 13 , 1992 , Grantee, whose address is 2301 Newton Avenue,
<br /> Cody, Wyoming 82414, all of our right, title and interest in the
<br /> following described real property situate in the County of Hall,
<br /> State of Nebraska, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
<br /> and by virtue of the homestead exemptions laws of the State, to-
