<br />0200706098, and contains as trust property the following-described real estate:
<br />The undersigned, PLATTE VALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, under a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated July 7, 2007, wherein THE RETZLER DEVELOPMENT GROUP,
<br />LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, is the Trustor, which was filed for record in the
<br />o�fice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 19, 2007, Instrument No.
<br />The South Forty Four (44) feet of the West Seventeen and One Half (17 1/2) feet
<br />of Lot Three (3), and the South Forty Four (44) feet of Lot Four (4), and the North
<br />Eight (8) feet of the South Fifty Two (52) feet of the West Twenty Two (22) feet
<br />of said Lot Four (4), all in Block Sixty Six (66), in the Original Town, now City,
<br />of Grand. Island, Hall_County, Nebraska; more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Four (4), in Block Sixty Six (66), in the
<br />Original Town, now City, of Grand. Island, Nebraska; thence in an Easterly
<br />direction along the South line of said Lot Four (4) and. the South line of Lot. Three
<br />(3), in said Block Sixty Six (66), parallel with the North line of said Lot Four (4)
<br />and the North line of said. Lot Three (3), a distance of Eighty Three and One Half
<br />(83 1/2) feet; thence in a Northerly direction parallel with the West line of said. Lot

<br />water and riparian rights, wells, ditches and water stock, crops, timber, all diversion payments or
<br />third party payment made to crop producers and all existing and future improvements, structures,
<br />fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate
<br />described (all referred to as Property),
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make
<br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note dated July 7, 2011
<br />secured by that Deed of Trust, as well as pay real estate taxes and special assessments on the
<br />trust property as they became due.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Promissory Note dated July 7,
<br />2011, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, PLATTE VALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST
<br />CO., pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures this obligation.
