The grantors are JAMES D <br />UDEN and JiJDY R UDEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, whose address is 419 E DODGE 5T, GRAND ISLAND, <br />Nebraska 68801-8041 ("Borrower"). Borrower is not necessarily the same as the Person or Persons who sign the <br />Note. JAMES D UDEN and JiTDY R UDEN owe Lender the principal sum of 5even Thousand Eighty- <br />two and 58/100 Dollars (U.S. $7,082.58), which is evidenced by the note, consumer loan agreement, or similar <br />writing dated the same date as this Security Instrument (the "Note"), wluch provides for periodic payments <br />("Periodic Payments"), with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on December 15, 2020.
