<br />"Grantee"), without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, as to the title or physical condition of the real
<br />property or the improvements thereon, all Grantor's rights, title, interest, estate, claim and demand, both at law and
<br />in equity, of, in and to the following described real property situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Easterly Two-Thirds of Lot 8, Block 28, Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,

<br />together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging (the °Real Property°).
<br />Grantor has complied with the requirements of Nebraska Revised Statute Sections 76-1001 through 76-1018 in the
<br />exercise of the sale of the Real Property described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on December 2, 2011, and the
<br />Real Property is being conveyed pursuant to the Trustee's powers of sale therein.
<br />This Trustee's Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's titie and all
<br />right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in interest and of all persons claiming by, through
<br />or under Trustors, in and to the Real Property sold, including all such right, title, interest and claim in and to the
<br />Real Property acquired by the Trustee or its successors in interest subsequent to the execution of the Trust Deed.
