HALL, being first duly sworn on oath, <br /> � deposes and states as follows: <br /> 1. That Affiant is the surviving spouse of Retta S. Hall, who <br /> died August 13, 1993, as shown by the certified copy of the <br /> Decedent ' s death certificate attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by <br /> this reference incorporated herein; that Affiant and Retta S. Hall <br /> were husband and wife on the date of her death, August 13, 1993. <br /> 2. That on said date of death, Affiant and Retta S. Hall were <br /> the sole owners as joint tenants with rights of survivorship of the <br /> real estate legally described as follows: <br /> That part of vacated Alpha Street, being Fifty Feet (50 ' ) <br /> in width lying between the West line of Block One ( 1) and <br /> the East line of Block Two (2) from the North line of <br /> Dill and Huston' s Addition to the North line of Eleventh <br /> ( 11th) Street, being One Hundred Twenty Feet ( 120 ' ) in <br /> length, all being in Dill and Huston' s Addition in the <br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> 3 . That by virtue of the survivorship of the undersigned <br /> Affiant, he became the sole owner of the above described real <br /> property. <br /> 4. This Affidavit is given as evidence that pursuant to Neb. <br /> Rev. Stat. � 77-2003, no inheritance tax lien arises or attaches to <br /> the above described real estate due to the death of Retta S. Hall <br /> and further that pursuant to � 77-2012, Neb. Rev. Stat. , no <br /> Nebraska estate tax lien can arise as a result of the death of the <br /> Retta S.
