<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Starostka
<br />Group Unlimited, Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, da.ted December 31, 2009, and
<br />recorded January 12, 2010, Instrument Number 0201000276, in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as con�irmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
