McDermott, Grantee, without any covenant or <br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />LO� S� (�, �T �LOCK FI�� (5), WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred by a Trust Deed with power of sale recorded <br />on 08/02/2004 , in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document 0200407597 wherein <br />WAYNE BILKA AKA Wayne R. Bilka AND THERESA BILKA, HUSBAND AND WIFE is <br />Trustor, and Argent Mortgage Company, LLC is originally named Beneficiary, wherein the Trustor <br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above described to <br />secure, among other obligations, payment of the indebtedness and after the fulfillment of the conditions <br />specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance as follows: <br />(1) Breach and default were made under the terms of the Trust Deed in the particular set forth in <br />the notice of default hereinafter referred to, which default continued until the time of the sale. <br />(2) There was filed for record on 08/10/2011 , in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Document 201105955 a notice of default in the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and of election to sell the property to satisfy the obligations secured <br />thereby and thereafter notice of the filing of the notice of default was sent in the statutory <br />manner to all persons entitled to a notice thereof. <br />(3) That thereafter the Grantor executed its notice of Trustee's sale, stating that it, as Trustee, <br />would sell at public auction to the highest bidder the property hereinbefore described, fixing <br />the time and place of the sale as 10/20/2011 at at 10:00 a.m. at the main entrance of the <br />Hall County Courthouse, 111 West lst, Grand Island, NE 68802 and caused copies of such <br />notice to be published once a week for five consecutive weeks in Grand Island <br />Independent , a legal daily newspaper printed, published and of general circulation in the <br />� <br />O � <br />O � <br />F--� � <br />� � <br />o � <br />C� � c� <br />c1'] � <br />co <br />l�o�D <br />IIIIIIII IIIQ �I IIIII IIIII IIIII IIIII II�I IIIII IIIIIII III� II IIII <br />+t K M 6 7 2 3 1 8 2 K M* <br />
