Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated MAY 19, 2003,, and recorded <br />MAY 23, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />No. 200306550 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconve ay ace• The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed <br />by GREG A WARD AND TERESA A WARD, HLTSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated MAY 19, 2003, and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. <br />200306550, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and <br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
