Field� her bushand� Clarence Moore Easter and Dorothy , his <br /> vrife, and Nelson A. Easter and Evelyn Easter, his tivife were defendants <br /> for the partition of the premises herein described, tne undersigned referee <br /> appointed 'oy said Court to make partition of said real estate, made report in <br /> writing duly signed, setting fortn tnat partition of said lands could not be <br /> made without great prejudice to tne owners t'rLereof� which report was duly <br /> examined b�r said Coart and said Court being satisfied tnerewith confirmed <br /> the same and thereupon made an order and caused the same to be entered <br /> directing me as said referee to sell said premises on the following terms <br /> towit: tvrenty per cent cash, balance or_ confirmation. Hannon for the sum <br /> of �18,000.00, ne being the highest bidder tnerefore. And afterward on the <br /> t�tr _ day of Tebr��r,;= , 1959 said Court approved and confirmed <br /> said sa1e, and by an order directed me as said referee to execute to said Dan <br /> B.
