DEED OF GUARDIAN
<br /> KNOW ALL A�N BY THESE PRESENTS, That whereas the undersigned
<br /> is and at a11 times hereinmentioned has been the duly appointed,
<br /> �ualified and acting Guardian of the Estate of Lottie Waterman
<br /> otherwise known as Lottie G. Waterman) , an Incompetent, and whereas
<br /> in a proceeding duly brought for that purpose the undersigned was
<br /> licensed by the Honorable William F. Manasil, Judge of the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, to sell the following described real
<br /> estate of said Lottie Waterman (otherwise known as Lottie G. Water-
<br /> man) , an Incompetent:
<br /> The Northerly 82.9 Feet of Lot One ( 1) in Block Four (4)
<br /> of Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall '
<br /> County, Nebraska;
<br /> and whereas after filing the proper bond and oath and securing the
<br /> approval of said bond and giving proper notice of the time and place
<br /> of said sale, the undersigned on the tenth day of December, 1958, at
<br /> the North front door of the Court House in the City of Grand Island,
<br /> County of Hall, State of Nebraska, commencing at 2:00 P. M. , the
<br /> time and place specified in said notice duly held a sale of said
<br /> real estate and duly sold said real estate to Waldo E. Ruhe, Jr. and
<br /> Dorothy E. Ruhe, as joint tenants, for Five Thousand Seven Hundred
<br /> Dollars ($5,700.00) which sale was thereafter duly confirmed by the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and whereas said Court at
<br /> the time of confirming said sale duly directed the undersigned, on
<br /> compliance by said Waldo E. Ruhe, Jr. and Dorothy E. Ruhe with their
<br /> bid to make, execute and deliver to said Waldo E. Ruhe, Jr. and
<br /> Dorothy E. Ruhe, as joint tenants, a deed of conveyance of said real
<br /> estate conveying all the interest of the said Lottie Waterman (oth-
<br /> erwise known as Lottie G. Waterman) an Ineompetent, in said real
<br /> estate.
<br /> "NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
<br /> Five Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($5,700.00) , in hand paid, re-
<br /> ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby grants
<br /> bargains , sells, conveys and confirms unto Waldo E. Ruhe, Jr. and
<br /> Dorothy E. Ruhe, husband and wife as joint tenants, all the right,
<br /> title and interest of said Lottie Waterman, (otherwise known as
<br /> Lottie G. Waterman) , Incompetent, in said real estate.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned hereto affixes its hand and
<br /> seal this Iq day of December, 1958. ., .
