<br /> E. G. Kroger, one of the Jndges of the District �ourt of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> made on the 6th da� of October, 1958� I was licensed by said Judge to sell at
<br /> public au.ction in the manner prov3.ded by law, the real estate hereinafter
<br /> described; that thereupon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale as
<br /> required by laW and at the time and place therein specified, after said sale
<br /> had been held open one hottr I sold said real estate at public avction to Robert
<br /> G. Meyer, he being the highest bidder therefor; that said sale was thereupon
<br /> reported to the District �oart of Hall Count�r, Nebraska, and by W. F. Manasil,
<br /> one of the Judges of said �ourt� on the 14th day of November, 1958, in all
<br /> things confirmed and I was ordered to make a Deed of said premises to said
<br /> purchaser.
<br /> Now, therefore, I, Marguerite E. Meyer, Administratrix, c.t.a. of the
<br /> estate of Gottlieb Meysr, deceased� in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> snm of Five Thoi�sand Dollars (�5�000.00) so bid and paid by said Robert G.
<br /> Meyer, and b� virtue of the po�ers entrt�sted in me by said Order and proceed-
