<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY :THESE PRESENZ�, That Alfred R. Smith and
<br /> Pfonica Smith, each in his or her own right, and. as spouse of
<br /> the other, of Hall County, and State of Nebraska, in .considera-
<br /> tion of the sum of One Dollar (�p1.00) and other good and valu-
