<br /> ed the trade of the present manse property lecated at 706 �Vest oe-
<br /> nig Street, valued at $12,000.00 for purposes of the trade, for the
<br /> house located at 2521 West Anna Street, valued at $24,GOG.00 fc
<br /> purposes of the trade, with the balance of b12,OG0.G0 to be cn ��
<br /> fifteen year loan at five and one-half per cent (5%�ia) interest.
<br /> Poseession of the Anna Street house can be had immediately. Ap rov-
<br /> al of Platte Presbytery is necessary, and such appreval was gra ted
<br /> at the meeting held in Buffalo Grove on April 8, 1958.
