TRUSTEFS' DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we,. Ernest W. Augustine,
<br /> James S. Chubb and Donald H. Weaver, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.,
<br /> having been appointed on March 18, 1955, by the District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as successor trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Lloyd H.
<br /> Faidley, deceased, late of Hall County, Nebraska, which said Will was duly
<br /> proved and admitted to record in the probate court of Hall-_County, Nebraska, on
<br /> � January 7, 1953, and is of record in said court, parties of the first part, and
<br /> Van C. Wrenn, Jr. , and Lorayne D. Wrenn, husband and wife, of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, parties of the second part:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that whereas said will authorizes and empowers the trustees
<br /> to sell, transfer and convey any and all of the real estate or other property without
<br /> securi:ig an order of the court therefor, and the District Gourt of Hall Gounty,
<br /> Nebra�;ka, and the Gounty Gourt of Hall County, Nebraska, having retained con-
<br /> current jurisdiction of the trust estate, and both courts having entered an order
<br /> on April 3, 1958, authorizing the sale of the premises hereinafter described;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, we, the said parties of the first part, as such trustees,
<br /> in consideration of the premises and the sum of $18, 600. 00 to us in hand paid by
<br /> Van C. Wrenn, Jr., and Lorayne D. Wrenn, husband and wife, parties of the
<br /> second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and by virtue of and in
<br /> execution of the powers to us given in and by said Will and the order of said courts
<br /> and of every other power and authority hereunto us enabling, do hereby grant, bar-
<br /> gain, sell and convey unto Van C. Wrenn, Jr. , and Lorayne D. Wrenn, husband
<br /> and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right of survivorsiiip,
<br /> the prerz:ises described as Lots 9 and 10, in Block 5, of Charles Wasmer's Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Ialand, Hall County, Nebraska.. To have and to hold the above
<br /> described premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
<br /> unto the said Van C. Wrenn, Jr. , and Lorayne D. Wrenn, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tet:ants and not as tenants in common, with right of survivorship, and to their
<br /> heirs and assi�ns fo.rever.
<br /> IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN THE
<br /> EVENT OF THE DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE
<br /> SLMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VEST IN
<br /> THE SURVIVING GRANTEE.
<br /> And we hereby covenant with said gra-i�ees and with their heirs and assigns
<br /> that we are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance,
<br /> and that we have good right and lawful authority to sell the same.
