<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br /> ANTHONY L. BIRCH and THERESA R. BIRCH, Husband and Wife, to AREND R. BAACK,
<br /> Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC.,
<br /> An Iowa Corporation, as assignee of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand
<br /> Island,Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 28, 1996 and recorded
<br /> November 1, 1996 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document
<br /> No. 96-108644 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br /> request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br /> grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br /> estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises,
<br /> but only as to such premises:
<br /> Lots Forty-Six (46) and Forty-Seven(47), in Westwood Park Subdivision, Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such prem-
