<br /> substances:gasoline,kerosene,other flammable or toxic petroleum producta,toxic pesticidea and herbicides,
<br /> volatile solventa,maierials coptaining asbeatos or formaldehyde,end radioactive materials;(b)
<br /> "Environmenta!Law"means fedeial laws and laws of the jurisdictian where the Property is located that
<br /> relate to health,safety or eavironwentaJ protectiod;(c)"Environmental Cleanup"includes any response
<br /> action,remedial action,or removal action,as defined in Bnvironmental Law;end(d)an'Bnvironmental
<br /> Conditian"means a condition that can cause,conttibute to,or otherwise trigger an Epvironmeptal Cleattup.
<br /> Borrower shall not cause or permit the presence,use,disposal,storage,or release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substances,or threaten to release any Hazardous Substances,on or in the Property.Borrowar shall not do,
<br /> nor allow anyone else to do,enything affecting the Property(a)that is in violation of any Environmental
<br /> Law,(h)which creates an Environmental Conditioa,or(c}wbich,due to the preaence,use,arrelease of a
<br /> Hazardous Substance,crcates a condition that adveraely affects the value of the Properly.T6e preceding two
