<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LELAND C. MOSSMAN and
<br />BETTY J. MOSSMAN, whose address is 14 Chantilly, Grand Island, NE 68803 to EXCHANGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 26, 2011,
<br />and recorded August 26, 2011, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument #0201106396 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
