(b)I have read, in detail,the separate"LIMITED WARRANTY"which accompanies this contract. It explains the conditions and circumstances in which the manufactured Products will be repaiced or replaced. I take notice of the limitations on the wamanty, and I particularly reco�nize that any implied warranty which applies to the Products lasts only as long as the warranty or service contract. (c) I have cead, in detail, the conditions and circumstances m which the installation of the siding, siding accessories, and gutters will be redone. Siding Products are wamanted separately by the manufacturer of those Products. Although this contract prorides for a mortgage or other lien against the Buyer� residence, Bu�er is advised that Seller has a company policy which prorides that the Seller will NOT foreclose on Buyer� home. No action will be taken Uy Seller which could cause Bu�er to lose Bu�er� home. Seller will retain any lien it may hare against the home until Bu�er's contract obligations have been met.
