STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br /> forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br /> utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the <br /> Licensor: <br /> Use of public right-af-way for the collection of subsurface environmental samples <br /> in accordance with a Consent Order issued by the Environmental Protection <br /> Agency (EPA) for the Cleburn Street Well Superfund Site. Samples to be taken <br /> from public right-of-way, as shown on the attached map, adjacent to the following <br /> addresses: <br /> 1219 N. Front Street <br /> 1111 N. Front Street <br /> 346 N. Lincoln Street <br /> 2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the <br /> following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's real estate to which this License <br /> Agreement shall apply: <br /> Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/s SW1/a) of Section Sixteen (16), <br /> -- Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (g) West of the 6th P.M. in the City of <br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> � <br />
