<br />COLE AND JOHANNA M. COLE, HiJSBAND AND WIFE. as Trustor(s), in which TierOne Bank, is named
<br />Beneficiary and TierOne Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed for record on November 16, 2005
<br />at INSTRUMENT NO. 0200511337 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying
<br />the property legally described as:
<br />LOT NINE (9), TEN (10), ELEVEN (11) AND THE WEST SEVENTEEN (1'n FEET OF LOT TWELVE
<br />(12), IN BLI�CK TWENTY (20), IN MACCOLL AND LEFLANG'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of Trustee has been
<br />paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the current
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in the abave refereuced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and apgurtenances
