<br />That, Whereas, BRIAN AND ANGELA BUTLER HUSBAND AND WIFE, by Deed of Trust dated
<br />AUGUST 1, 2011 and duly recorded in the office of the HALL COUNTY Register of Deeds, on AUGUST 8,
<br />2011 with filing found at Instrument No. 0201105879 of the Register of Deeds, in said office, conveyed to Great
<br />Western Bank, certain real estate in said Deed of Trust described, in trust, to secure the payment of the
<br />indebtedness mentioned therein.
<br />LOT EIGHTEEN (18) GRAND WEST FOURTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND, WHEREAS, Said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully sarisfied;
<br />Great Western Bank TRUSTEE, does hereby remise, release and quit claim unto the present owner or owners the
<br />said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title, and
<br />interest which it has under and by virlue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust
<br />particulazly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging forever. AND FURT'HER, that said Trust Deed is, by these presents to be considered as fully and
<br />absolutely released, canceled and forever dischazged.
