Equitable Building and Loan is the owner and holder of a certain Note and Deed of Trust dated August 6, 1997, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the Register of Deeds : Office of Hall County,Nebraska, on August 11, 1997, as Document Number 97-106461 of that County, covering, in part,the following described property: : Lot Ten(10), Whites Sunny Slopes Subdivision, Part of the Northwest Quarter(NW 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Nine (9)North, Range Ten(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,Nebraska. : B. Lender is about to loan the sum of Eighty Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($85,000.00)on a Note and Deed of Trust securing such Note to provide for the payment : of a Note to Lender secured by a Deed of Trust filed against the above described property.
