<br />THAT WHEREAS, a11 of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Nice
<br />Homes, Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated November 19, 2010, and recorded
<br />December 10, 2010, Instrument Number 0201009226 in the office of the Ha11 County Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
