<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, LINDSEY
<br />HUSEN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON AND JOSHUA I3ARDERS, AN UNMARRIED
<br />PERSON, Trustor, and Equitable Bank as Trustee and Equitable Bank as Beneficiary, dated
