<br />WHEREAS, Henry A. Callejas and Stephanie Callejes, did by a Security Inst�ument dated January 8, 20Q8, and
<br />recorded on January 24, 2006, as Document No. 0200600635 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Neb�aska, convey the property to the named Trustee, to secure payment of the described debt, the property being legally
<br />described commencing on the first page of this instrument
<br />WHEREAS, the Security Instrument provides that the lender shall have the power to remove the origfnal t�ustee or
<br />any successor trustee, and to appoint in writing (acknawledged and recorded) a successor to such trustee, who shall succ�ed
<br />to the title and all of the rights and powers af the �riginal Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is the holder of the note described and secured by the Security Instrument, and the
