<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br /> ROGER A. BENSON and CONNIE M. BENSON, Husband and Wife, to AREND R. BAACK,
<br /> Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC.,
<br /> An Iowa Corporation, as assignee of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand
<br /> Island,Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, dated and recorded October 14, 1992 in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska as Document No. 92-108870 has been
<br /> paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br /> and delivered.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br /> request of the Beneficiary named therein,the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br /> grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br /> estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises,
<br /> but only as to such premises:
<br /> Lot One (1), excepting the Northerly Eighty Two (82) Feet thereof, in Block Four
<br /> (4), in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska,
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such prem-
<br /> ises.
