Future advancements may not exceed a sum equal to three <br /> timea the oriqinal principal amount of the above-recited notes. <br /> TO PROTECT THE SECURITY OF THIS DEED OF TRUST, TRUSTOR HEREBY COVENANT3 AND <br /> AGREES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Obligation. Trustor shall promptly pay when due the principal of the <br /> indebtednesa evidenced by the Notea, and all other charges and fees provided in <br /> the Notes or secured by this Deed of Trust, and the principal of and interest <br /> on any future advancea secured by this Deed of Trust not to exceed three times <br /> the original principal amount of the above-recited notes. <br /> 2. Warranty of Title. <br /> 2.1 Trustor is lawfully aeized and posaessed of good and indefeasible title <br /> and estate to the property hereby conveyed and has the right to grant and <br /> convey the property. <br /> 2.2 The property is free and clear of all liens and encumbrancea except <br /> for None <br /> 9• Maintenance of the 8ecurity. <br /> 3.1 Trustor shall keep the security in good condition and repair; ahall not <br /> commit or suffer waste; shall not do or allow anythinq to be done which will <br /> increase the risk of fire or other casualty to the premises or diminiah the <br />
