Reed, Judge of the District Court <br /> of Buffalo County, Nebraska, made on the 17th day of January, <br /> 1958, I, John Spahr, guardian of the estate of Elaine M. Spahr, <br /> a minor, was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction <br /> in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; <br /> that thereupon I, John Spahr, guardian of the estate of Elaine M. <br /> Spahr, a minor, gave notice of the time and place of said sale as <br /> required by law and at the time and place therein specified, after <br /> said sale had been held open for one hour I, John Spahr, sold said <br /> real estate at p_ublic auction to Donald J. Walker, he being the <br /> highest bidder therefor; that said sale was thereupon reported to <br /> said Judge of the District Court and by him in all things con- <br /> firmed and I, John Spahr, guardian of the estate of Elaine M. <br /> Spahr, a minor, was ordered to make a deed of said premises to <br /> said purchaser. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I; John Spahr, a guardian of the estate of <br /> Elaine M. Spahr, a minor, in consideration of the premises and <br /> the sum of $4093.00 so bid and paid by Donald J.
