<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br /> the Deed of Trust dated August 30, 1993, and Extension Agreement for Deed of Trust dated July 5, �
<br /> 1994, executed by Kevin P. Pfefferle and Megan E. Pfefferle, husband and wife, as Trustor, in �
<br /> which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was �
<br /> recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as document
<br /> #93-110482 on the 6th day of December, 1993, and document#94-105954 on the 12th day of July,
<br /> 1994, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br /> Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust and
<br /> Extension Agreement of Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot Three (3), Block Fifty-one (51), Charles Wasmers Third Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Extension
<br /> Agreement of Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust and Extension Agreement of Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby
<br /> reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by
<br /> said Trustee hereunder.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of March, 1998.
